Production Description
Using Cathodic Arc Deposition technology, the system can be equipped with 4 to 8 sets of 6-inch circular targets, ensuring high target utilization and uniform coating.
It features a dual-layer water-cooling system and an octagonal stainless-steel chamber, with four heaters capable of uniform heating up to 450°C.
An 8-axis, 3-layer rotation mechanism enhances productivity and coating quality.
Equipped with a high-vacuum turbo molecular pump and a fully automated control system, it supports remote monitoring and debugging.
The trolley-type loading design provides convenient operation and high production efficiency.
