Production Description
The MVEM001 supports multi-probe vacuum measurements (2–4 probes) with fine X-Y-Z adjustments. The sample chamber accommodates general to high vacuum levels (5×10⁻³ to 1×10⁻⁶ Torr) and features precise positioning with CCD assistance. It includes in situ plasma treatment, allowing surface modification or cleaning without breaking vacuum, and supports RF/DC/MF generators.
The system can perform optical, specific gas, moisture, and organic vapor sensing, with optional measurements from low temperatures down to 20K to high temperatures up to 500K, suitable for a wide range of high-precision electrical measurements.
