MVEM001 Multifunctional Vacuum Electrical Measurement System
Production Description
The MVEM001 accommodates 2–4 measurement probes with fine adjustment along the X, Y and Z axes. The sample chamber supports a vacuum pressure range of 5 × 10⁻³ to 1 × 10⁻⁶ Torr, while CCD imaging enables precise probe positioning.
In-situ plasma treatment allows sample surface cleaning or modification without breaking vacuum. The system supports RF, DC and MF generators.
Measurement applications include light, specific gas atmospheres, humidity and organic vapors. Optional cryogenic or high-temperature configurations extend measurement capabilities to 20 K or 500 K, respectively. Internal components can be customized to suit specific testing requirements.
